Choosing the right financial advisor
There are 2 types of financial advisor, 'independent financial advisors' and 'restricted advisors'.
The government's Money Advice Service (MA) recommends that for financial advice on the 'whole of the market', you should always use an independent financial advisor.
Financial Advisor Bureau only recommends Independent Financial Advisors (IFA), providing unbiased and impartial advice to ensure you receive the best possible financial guidance. They adhere to the highest standards of integrity and professionalism in the ethical advice they provide.
All recommended IFAs are authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) to give independent financial advice and you are under no obligation to appoint the advisor to act on your behalf.
